Cabbage Paratha

Ingredients:

Cabbage- finely chopped in a food processor along with 3-4 green chillies, 2 inch ginger.

Method:

  • For the dough – add ajwain, red chilli powder, salt, oil (1 tbsp) .
  • Knead well. The dough should be very soft.
  • Leave it for an hour.
  • Roll the dough into a small circle.
  • Squeeze the cabbage mixture for any residue water and put in the middle. close the dough. and roll it again.
  • Cook in the tava like any other paratha.
  • Serve hot with pickle.
