Cabbage- finely chopped in a food processor along with 3-4 green chillies, 2 inch ginger.
- For the dough – add ajwain, red chilli powder, salt, oil (1 tbsp) .
- Knead well. The dough should be very soft.
- Leave it for an hour.
- Roll the dough into a small circle.
- Squeeze the cabbage mixture for any residue water and put in the middle. close the dough. and roll it again.
- Cook in the tava like any other paratha.
- Serve hot with pickle.
